Howard, Ming, and Jerry met while working at various international banks and financial institutions specializing in various aspects of the financial industry. Howard focused on foreign currency exchange trading, Ming focused on capital markets, and Jerry focused in investment banking, particularly M&A. They found that their individual fields complemented each other’s in surprising, and what turned out to be inseparable ways.
Technology is changing the financial industry. This made them eager to cultivate their own practice, one that would effectively intersect their expertise with their respective interests. They believe that what closes a transaction and what makes a business thrive is the passion that drives it.
